Crafting the visual identity and brand design for this Jamaican homemade sorrel brand was a delightful exploration into the vibrant culture and rich flavors that define this unique beverage. The term "sorrel" in Jamaica refers to a particular variety of hibiscus flower that takes center stage in the creation of this beloved Jamaican drink. Traditionally associated with Christmas celebrations, the brand sought to break free from seasonal constraints, positioning its delightful and refreshing concoction as a beverage for any time of the year.

The challenge lay in capturing the essence of the homemade sorrel experience – a blend of tradition, authenticity, and a burst of flavors that transcend the boundaries of a single holiday season. My role as the designer was not merely to create a visual identity but to encapsulate the spirit and taste of this cherished beverage.

The brand's visual identity embraced a vibrant color palette reminiscent of the hibiscus flower itself. The logo, a focal point of the design, intricately incorporated elements that conveyed both the homemade aspect and the rich cultural roots of the sorrel tradition.

Services provided included creative direction, logo design, brand design, packaging design and social media graphics.
